Welcome to Golf Club Rentals Florida (the "Website"), operated by The Phoenix Ascension Group Inc, a Florida registered company, doing business as "Golf Club Rentals Florida." By using our website at www.golfclubrentalsflorida.com and/or booking golf club rental services through us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing a rental booking.

1. Our Role — Booking Agent & Referral Partner

Golf Club Rentals Florida operates as an authorized booking agent and referral partner that coordinates golf club rental services on your behalf. Golf Club Rentals Florida is not the direct rental provider and does not own, store, or maintain golf club inventory. Rental fulfillment — including equipment provision, delivery, and pickup — is handled by third-party rental partners ("Fulfillment Partners"). By booking through us, you understand and agree that:

• Golf Club Rentals Florida acts as an intermediary connecting customers with qualified rental providers
• All golf club equipment is owned, maintained, and inspected by our Fulfillment Partners
• Delivery and pickup logistics are coordinated through our Fulfillment Partners
• Equipment condition, availability, and brand selection are determined by our Fulfillment Partners

2. Rental Booking

By submitting a rental request through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email, you are requesting that Golf Club Rentals Florida arrange a rental on your behalf through one of our Fulfillment Partners. The booking is confirmed once we provide you with a rental confirmation and you agree to the quoted price and terms.

• All rentals are subject to availability from our Fulfillment Partners
• We reserve the right to decline any rental request at our discretion
• The renter must be at least 18 years of age

3. Rental Pricing and Payment

• Rental prices start at $59 per day for a Basic set and $84 per day for a Premium set
• Prices are quoted in US dollars and include delivery and pickup within our standard service areas in South Florida
• Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside our standard service areas (Orlando, Tampa, etc.)
• Payment is due at the time of rental confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon
• We accept major credit cards and cash
• All prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed rental quotes will be honored

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Rental golf clubs are delivered to hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, golf courses, and other locations across South Florida, including Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Orlando
• Delivery and pickup are available within standard service areas
• You must provide a valid delivery address and be available (or designate a contact) to receive the clubs at the agreed-upon time
• Reasonable efforts are made to deliver and pick up at the requested times; however, exact timing may vary due to traffic or scheduling constraints
• If you are not available at the agreed-upon delivery time and location, a redelivery fee may apply
• Delivery and pickup are performed by our Fulfillment Partners; Golf Club Rentals Florida coordinates scheduling on your behalf

5. Care of Equipment

• You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the rented golf clubs during the entire rental period
• Clubs must be returned in the same condition as when delivered, subject to normal wear from play
• You are financially responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged clubs beyond normal wear and tear
• Replacement costs for lost or severely damaged clubs will be assessed at current retail value
• Do not attempt to repair or modify any rented equipment
• All equipment is owned and maintained by our Fulfillment Partners; any equipment concerns should be reported to Golf Club Rentals Florida so we can coordinate with the appropriate partner

6. Rental Period

• The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the agreed-upon pickup time
• Extensions to the rental period may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges
• Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges
• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change your pickup date or time

7. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund
• No-show (failure to receive delivery): No refund

Cancellations must be communicated via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Golf Club Rentals Florida and The Phoenix Ascension Group Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our booking services, the rental equipment, or this website
• Golf Club Rentals Florida is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of rented golf equipment provided by Fulfillment Partners
• Golf Club Rentals Florida is not responsible for the condition, quality, or suitability of equipment provided by Fulfillment Partners
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total service fee paid for that booking
• No guarantee is made that any particular set of clubs will improve your golf game or be suitable for your specific playing style

9. Assumption of Risk

By booking golf clubs through Golf Club Rentals Florida, you acknowledge that golf is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. You assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained while using the rented equipment and agree to hold Golf Club Rentals Florida, The Phoenix Ascension Group Inc, and their Fulfillment Partners harmless from any claims arising from your use of the rented equipment.

10. Website Use

• The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time without notice
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the site
• All content, images, logos, and branding on the website are the property of Florida Golf Club Rentals and The Phoenix Ascension Group Inc

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Club Rentals Florida, The Phoenix Ascension Group Inc, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and Fulfillment Partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or your use of the rented equipment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
